The association carries the name “Qualified Telecommunication Consultants”, after registration in the register with the addition of “e.V.”.
The seat of the association is Hebelstr. 22 B, D-69115 Heidelberg.
The association is registered in the register of associations of the district court in Heidelberg/Mannheim.
The fiscal year is the calendar year. The first financial year is a hull business year and thus ends on 31.12.2020.
Purpose of the association
The purpose of the association is the qualification and the continuous professional development of the consulting services of its members in the field of telecommunications.
The purpose of the statutes is achieved by means of measures of any kind, in particular through the organisation of events, training or training measures, the development of certification characteristics for consultancy services which serve the purpose of the association.
The association is political, confessional and independent from other telecommunications companies.
Means of the association
The association receives the means to carry out its tasks, in particular by,
- Membership fees, fees and levies, the amount of which is determined by the General Assembly.
- Proceeds from events.
- Other grants.
Members may become any fully commercial, natural person and legal persons governed by private and public law, commercial law companies, partnerships and European economic interest groups.
Membership is acquired by written application for membership, the acceptance of which is finally decided by the Board of Directors at its sole discretion. In the event of refusal of application, there is no obligation to inform the applicant of the reasons.
Members are obliged to pay the contributions, fees and levies decided by the General Assembly. Furthermore, each member is obliged to notify the Executive Board immediately in writing of any change in his/her shareholding relationship or of the bodies entitled to represent him. A right of exclusion is associated with this.
Withdrawal may be declared in writing to the Executive Board with a period of three months at the end of a calendar year.
Organs of the association
The organs of the association are the board of directors and the general meeting.
